Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Deliveries take place between 9:00am - 06:00pm.

Note: All orders received during working days (Monday - Friday)
will be delivered on next day in Dubai. Any order received during
weekend will be delivered on Monday.

We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons.

All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive a product that is faulty please contact us immediately.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
